Unang arangkada.

Ang pagsisimula at pag-manage nang business ay nanga-ngailangan nang motivation at talento. Kelangan mong mag-research at tamang pag-plano. Hindi mo ma-aalis na medyo magkamali ka in the beginning, pero nadadala to nang extra business skills, disiplina at hard work para lumago ang business mo.

Isipin mo muna ang mga personal goals mo. Yong personal goals mo ba eh sagabal sa iniisip mong pag-nenegosyo? Next, alamin mo kung ano ang business na tama para sayo. Ask yourself these questions:

• Anong gusto kong gawin pagka me libre akong araw o oras?
• Anong mga technical skills ang aking na-developed at nalaman over the years?
• Ano ang sabi nang mga kakilala ko na magaling ako?
• Yong pamilya ko ba eh susuportahan ako?
• How much time ba ang kelangan ko to run a successful business?
• Anong hobbies ko na pwede kong ine-gosyo?

Identify your business niche. Research and answer these questions:

• Ano ba ang business na interesado akong simulan?
• Anong serbisyo o kaya producto ang pwede kong ibenta?
• Practical ba ang idea ko? Me bibili ba nang idea ko?
• Meron bang market and idea ko?
• Sino ang ka-competition ko?
• Ano ang advantage nang serbisyo ko o producto ko sa mga existing businesses?
• De kalidad ba ang serbisyo ko?
• Pwede ba akong mag-create nang demand sa business ko?

Ang final step before developing your business plan ay isang checklist. Sagutin mo ang mga tanong na to:

• Anong skills at experience ang i-cocontribute ko sa business na to?
• Anong legal structure ko? Sole proprietor? Corporation?
• Paano ko ma-maintain ang aking business records?
• Anong insurance coverage ang mga kailangan ko?
• Anong mga equipment at supplies ang kailangan ko?
• Paano ko so-sweldohan sarili ko?
• Me pera ba ako para sa aking operating capital?
• Anong klaseng financing ba ang kelangan ko?
• Location, location, location. Saan tong business ko?
• Anong pangalan nang business ko?
• Ang mga sagot mo dito ang makakatulong sayo para maging focused at well-researched ang business plan mo at eto ang magiging mapa mo para sa pag-papatakbo nang business mo, pag-manage at pag-hanap nang capital.

Pag natapos mo yang business plan mo, ipa-review mo sa kaibigan mo, o, ka-opisina mo. Ngayon, kung comfortable ka na maganda talaga ang business plan mo, dalhin mo sa bangko o kaya sa mga future investors mo at i-discuss mo especially kapa plano mong mangutang nang capital sa bangko.

Last, kelangan ang business plan mo is flexible para hindi ka nakatali dyan habang lumalago ang business mo.
