In its 8Pm Bulletin on December 14, 2009, PHIVOLCS-DOST raised the alert status of Mayon Volcano from Alert Level 2 to Alert Level3. It all started when I wrote this blog entry: My Legazpi City. I would ran across the multiply blog of this Bicolano blogger. His photos were just unbelievable. Since then, I’ve been a fan.
