I became a victim of credit card fraud again!

This time, the charges came from these websites:

1.) www.paynowquick.com with telephone number 866-882-2531 and

2.) www.lvcsupport.com with telephone number 877-300-1806

My local bank called me twice a few minutes ago! I love them! I learned from them, that some crooks in Iceland were able to get my credit card information and started billing me some adult stuff! I don’t know. Dildos? Rubbers? Singing lifelike mansanitas?!

Now, why would I buy porno stuff when simply disrobing my online haters on facebook with my sweet literary linguistics is orgasm enough for me?

So, I called the listed 866 number, I was so disappointed to hear a Filipina voice!!!

Here’s how the website looks like!

Here’s the other website. The information looked very similar.

I cancelled my card.

Disputed the charges.

And asked my local bank in South Carolina to conduct an investigation.

I was watching this show last night.

I was going to nearly fall off the sofa when Jessica went to the bottom 3

And then eliminated.

Think no more of the Pinoy in me, but Jessica is the crown princess of this American Idol group. However, I’m partial to the view that this misplaced Pinoy pride must have hurt our princess here, for it alienated prospective Jessica voters.

I’ve lived in America long enough that I have come to understand that over here, people are sympathetic to one’s talent and not of one’s ethnicity. And while Jessica has the talent, unfortunately, American Idol is still a popularity singing contest.

She’s now heavily identified as Filipino, thanks to Pinoy prider’s rah-rah. It will be tough for Jessica to win AI.

And while it’s a good thing that AI judges saved her last night, granted she ultimately wins AI, that “save” diminished the winning part. There will be talk.

Some people in the school saw the pictures.
Alerted school officials.
Who got really, really angry.
So, they barred the girls and the parents from joining graduation.

Girls went to court
Cried foul.
Court agreed, told school – allow them to march!
School defied court order, told girls. Ah-ah!!!

School officials now face criminal raps.

I personally don’t find anything objectionable with the picture.
However, these girls should have acted with prudence when they posted the picture on social media.

Outrageously blatant though; there is no denying that when the school defied the TRO, that was a clear insult to our judicial system.

School is guilty.

Sue them for damages!

Enough with las madres superioras who think they’re above the law!

Dear Joker,

Take your meds. This is not about impeachment.

What you need to do is this – check why BIR is running after Pacquiao instead of accusing BIR that the reason for the investigation is that Pacquaio is not one of the signatories of the House impeachment against Corona. That’s chizmiz.

Your charge is impossible to prove. Like I said, at best, your accusation is hearsay that you heard at the kanto. It’s very unfortunate what you have become. You are no longer a reasonable man, that with intellect.

Senor, according to the BIR, in 2008 Pacquiao paid about P125 million in taxes but in 2009, he only paid P7-million. That is a very legitimate P118 million question!

But while I agree with your question – Why Pacquiao?

Well, why not Lucio Tan?!

This news (1 dead, 6 wounded in Robinsons Galleria robbery) is very unfortunate. Security guards will be put to ridicule once again. They’re lowly paid, below sub-zero minimum wage, with long hours, funny equipments and zero training? But I don’t think they are the culprit here and is responsible for arresting criminalities like this in the metropolis. A strong police force will scare these scumbags riding in motorcyle away!

Interestingly however, this was touched by that foreigner forced to apologize by Filipinos in his “20 Things I don’t Like About The Philippines”, in that, there are way too many security guards everywhere in the Philippines.

Maybe it’s time to install a body and a vehicle scanner all over Manila.

Or maybe ban or pulverize every motorcycle in sight.

Or close down motorcycle production, tunawin na lang sila at gawing yero.

And arrest every “two men riding in tandem”

Just how blatant could these people get? Throw a grenade at a mall?! Utter disregard for human lives? By all accounts – this is no longer a holdup situation. This is already terrorism. Which means, the full force of Sandatahang Lakas should now be called upon to search and destroy every motorcyle!

How these two men riding in tandem knew that the poor guy was depositing money is depositing the money is beside the point. They could have found out about it at the impeachment trial, complete with escape exhibits.

Fact is, where are the cops?!

COA issued the lamest of all the lame excuse on why it took them 11 years to act on the BGEI sale to the City of Manila.

Reason? Because of an auditor’s lapse.

They are now sounding very Renato Corona.

COA Chairperson Gracia Pulido Tan said that COA was just doing its job.

I agree.

It took them 11 years doing nothing.

So, I read that the American version of “SURVIVOR” is being played at the Senate Impeachment Trial.

So I read that Cristina may no longer testify pala. Atty. Kesyo said, that they have other witnesses and documents daw that can explain the bank accounts of the Coronas kaya pala Cristina may no longer appear on the witness stand.

Ah. Ok.

Which is good dahil, this P34.7 million jumping pesos have been seen appearing and disappearing from several banks.

1.) Una, the City of Manila’s check paid to Cristina nga in the amount of P34.7 million was deposited by Cristina in her account at Land Bank.

2.) Next thing you now, nag-dis-appear sa Land Bank, re-appeared at PS Bank, this time under Renato Corona. Haha! Nakakatuwa!

3.) The day after the impeachment, nag-disappear uli, dahil nga, gi-withdraw by Renato on Dec 12, 2011 and who knows kung saan napunta! Hahaha!

Now, we all know already that this money do not belong to Cristina pala, but to BGEI. How it ended up under Renato Corona’s name? Magic.

So, with the new revelations, at dahil we’re learning the pattern of Cristina and Renato’s dealings, hindi na daw mag-te-testify nga.

According naman po ki Atty. Tranquil, baka daw po pag nag-testify si Cristina eh, she may lose face and cry.

“If she is asked sensitive questions regarding transactions and her dispute with her relatives over BGEI. Kapag mamaya, inupo mo sa witness stand iyan at medyo ang pakiramdam niya ay masyado siyang nagigipit… eh baka umiyak. Ayaw naman namin iyon”

DAY 34, TRES INTERESSANTE TALAGA! SO HERE’S WHAT’S HAPPENED:

1.) Capital gains tax pala had not yet been paid! All of 11 years after the sale of the BGEI property! Mantakin mo yon?!

2.) The title is still in Cristina! But here’s the thing. The certificate from the corporate secretary of BGEI did not say that Cristina Corona was authorized to receive the P34.7-million from the sale because the 1987 certificate was specific in that, Cristina’s appointment as the exclusive agent, was only to negotiate, sell and dispose of the property in Sampaloc, Manila, and to execute, sign and deliver documents necessary for the sale, transfer and disposition of the property, and was entitled to a 5-percent commission of the total purchase price. That’s it. Nada a thing that says for her to receive the money.

3.) BUT WHAT HAPPENED?!

4.) Well, according to Atienza, for security purposes daw, they issued the check to Cristina dahil they have no clue who BGEI is. Haller?! It did not ring a bell?! Por dios por santu! Any right minded living thing would immediately conduct due diligence if the property is really owned by Cristina and find out who BGEI is – but they decided not to! Why? Because it passed through the City’s Legal Counsel daw. And when did Atienza found out that Cristina deposited the money? Now lang daw! Well, so much for the security hahaha! He should have known it already at that point in time.

5.) Here’s the interesting part. Atienza’s secretary all of 9 years was lawyer Emmanuel Sison who was the classmate of Renato Corona at the Ateneo law school. Why is this important? Ask Miriam when she bullied Diaz the other day. Aber?!

6.) But all the more intereting! Enrile pointed out that a corporation had stockholders, a board of directors and officers, among others. This is where Atienza admitted that they did not conduct any due due diligence. Neither did he ask for a copy of the board resolution as well as the stockholder’s resolution authorizing the sale. Mantakin mo yon?! What does this mean? Eh pano pag binenta nila ang Forbes property ko without my knowing?! Ok. Well, except that I don’t know if I have a property in Forbes. But soon! Magkakaron ako! Hmpt! But that’s beside the point!

7.) Heto ang kicker. Where was the money deposited?! Let’s make some konek-konek mga kabisyo. Di ba Corona withdrew about P30 million a day after the impeachment?

HERE’S WHAT’S HAPPENED: Loren Legarda wants the Prosecution to apologize for misleading the impeachment court on 45 Corona properties.

Now, here’s the weird part of this call for apology. She went on to say:

“We’re not playing ball here. If they made the announcement in a press conference, the correction should also be made in a press conference. I think (the prosecutors) should correct themselves,” Legarda told reporters.

WAIT. I SAW ONE BIG MISTAKE YER HONEUR.

Oh, eh bakit sa loob nang impeachment umepal ang Legarda? Ba’t di sya mag-media blitz gaya nang ginawa ni Renato?!

I don’t like Timeline.

I hate it.

And Facebook knew that a lot of people do not like this product. But what do they care? We, Facebook squatters, brings value to Facebook. That value translated into huge dividends for Facebook. Our share? Nada. So, I avoided moving to Timeline which is not the Facebook that I know. Facebook became popular because of its original format where the top billing is your shout out, your updates, your announcement.

The first annoying change was putting all the basic information on the header together with pictures. The next thing you know, Timeline burst into the scene with bloated pictures that looked more like a high school scrapbook. It’s difficult to follow conversations and it has now made updates sort of irrelevant. With Timeline, it is as if you’re writing your last will and testament, for filing by Facebook for some unknown morbid reasons.

How did it tricked me to switch to Timeline?

It’s this stupid app which I clicked.

After this got posted on my wall, I would be thrown into the darkness of the abyss called Timeline in that, even if don’t hit publish, they will make it live by March 29, by hook or by crook!

I wish there’s a Facebook competitor reading my blog who will bring the original format back.
