DURING the colonization. mahbng kwento pero doon lng naging conscious ung buong bansa na kailangan nilang maging isa sa layunin para matalo ang mga dayuhan. in short, we gained the “Filipino status” AFTER being colonized. so what does that imply? na lahat o karamihan sa mga bagay na inangkop na nating ATIN, gaya ng Tinola, Lamesa, Pagpapagupit, Pagtutubrush, Adobo, Kusina, Kawali, Guwardiya, Saranggola—lahat yun hindi atin. galing yun sa iba’t ibang kultura, karamihan galing sa Spain (di pa kasama ung mga unang kultura sa Pilipinas na galing sa ibang bansa so baka pati ung roots ng language natin hiram sa kanila). ang sinasabi ko lang, vital part ng kultura natin ang panghihiram o pag-aangkop ng mga kultura sa paligid natin. LAHAT ng bansa ganon ang simula. bata pa ang Pilipinas kumpara sa amerika o sa Britain. Bata pa rin ang Filipino bilang wika. kaya importanteng tandaan na ang panghihiram, lalo na sa kasalukuyang panahon ay normal. ang abakada ay hindi para sa mga Pilipino. para lang un sa mga TAGALOG. kung papansinin, wala ang mga letrang V at F sa abakada, na natural nang matatagpuan sa mga komunidad sa kordilyera.
