Meet the person who wants to become the “Emperor of the World.” He is Rigoberto Madera Jr., a 61-year-old. He said he is a “six-star general”. Officially the 1st to file his certificate of candidacy at the Comelec on Friday at 8:40 a.m.

Anyway, his name rhymes with CNN. He calls himself, N.N.N.–short for “Najananan,” which he said means “God the name above all”. His agenda? To solve the economic problems of the Philippines. Hay, salamat me platform sya, kundi titirahin sya ni Benigno at ni BongV. I could already see that Benigno and BongV will love this guy. Complete candidate. Magaling ang platform. Apaw ang leadership qualities. Target nya US Presidency. Born leader. Sobra ang pagka-visionary.
“Mananalo ako, si God na ang bahala (I will win, God will take care of it),” Madera said in an interview with GMANews.TV before he filed his COC.
Dahil number nga one sya sa survey, after he wins the presidencey, he plans to become president of the United States, United Nations secretary-general, and later on “emperor of the world.”
Filing of Certificate of Candidacy ends on December 1, thereafter, Comelec will deliberate, determine and disqualify nuisance candidates.

Dapat merong neurological and psychiatric exams ang Comelec for the candidates. Pustahan, pahirapan yan sa pagfile ng COC kung magkataon. Dahil kung sino lang makapasa sa required na neurological and psychiatric exams, yun lang may karapatan magfile. Hahhaha.
