Ralph Recto & Vilma Santos leaves Lakas-Kampi-CMD and joins LP
Former Socio-economic Planning Secretary Ralph Recto and Batangas Governor Vilma Santos are a “big loss” to the administration, stalwarts of the Lakas-Kampi-Christian Muslim Democrats admit.
“They are a big loss,” party vice president for accreditation Prospero Pichay said on Monday, of Recto and Santos’s decision to join the Liberal Party.
Pichay said he was surprised by the couple’s decision, but said it wasn’t unexpected for Santos to join Recto whichever party he wanted to cast his lot with.
“If the husband goes, the wife goes with him. That’s principled politics,” he said.

you know, walang biro, she did pretty good compared ki Nora. kaya nga sya ang parang naging role model nang mga artista to cross from showbiz to politics para parating nasa limelight. but overall, based sa mga news articles na nababasa ko (news articles ha?) she seemed to have done some pretty good job.

I know, when I was growing up, tsismis sa Barrio namin, matalino talaga si Ate Vi, lagi syang top ng klase sya….kaya lang showbiz, lam mo na hindi nakakuha ng degree…..ewan ko kung meron ha? lam mo naman hindi talaga ako mahilig sa tsizmiz….
