Mino Vs. H1N1

by MrNonsense on November 11, 2009

Seems as though every livestock we eat can get us sick.  First the bird flu.  Then madcow.  And now, swine flu!  What’s next?  Rover Fever?

Mino vs 1The H1N1, also affectionately called “hiny,”has been a global pain-in-the-ass this year.   Many of the schools here in Washington State were shut down for days  during the scare.  My workplace was also hit.  Many patients were infected and isolated, while a colleague ended up in the ICU. At our church.  drinking wine, shaking hands, and using holy water are now being discouraged.

Although the symptoms can be more severe, Influenza A (H1N1) behaves much like the common seasonal influenza.  Children, the elderly, and people with existing illnesses or weakend immune system are at higher risk.  For information about the swine flu, visit the CDC website

Here’s a video on how to protect yourself:

I bet Al-Qaida is laughing at us now for eating all them pork.

makakaawa kapag bata ang tinamaan ng sakit.

ang healthy environment talaga dapat mag-start sa bahay at dapat aral ang parents about it esp kapag chikiting pa lang ang mga bata

no way! pareho ko silang favorite! si elijah ay katulad kong nerdy nung bata ako…si mino lang kasi ang bibo at me topak talaga kaya sya lagi ang bidang character. si elijah, he’d rather read almanacs and make his own comic books.
