I’m happy to announce that reyna elena dot com is now prepared to embark on another journey and has gladly at ga-tapang ko accept ever a challenge thrown at me by one respectable blogger. So, while boylets are busy working, I am now taking reyna elena dot com to another level. Like 2nd floor? Hahaha! Like subcriptions na sya? Hahaha! Charing!
See?! I believe I can fly!!! One big announcement. Soon.
Parang kahapon la’ang…
Circa 2006, I returned to the United States after boylet hunting in the streets of Ortigas for a little less than a year. Three days later, I would be at the operating table of the Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. There was no truth to the nasty rumors that I had sex change at nag-pahaba. Actually, some UFO landed inside my appendix and made it their boarding house. So they cut it off. How’d they find out? They inserted a whole platoon of TV cameraman reduced into millimeter and they called it laparascopic sum’tin sum’tin. If not for my hard-headedness, my purgatorial suffering would have ended in 2 weeks, but it lasted more than a month. What happened? Two weeks after I was kicked out of the hospital because I have been stalking cute medical interns and sending them love notes, I was out bar hopping catching up with my above average vodka intake. Sabi kasi nang doctor, “Go on with your normal life” Leche! Medical malpractice! Mali sinabi nya! Hmpt!
Home alone, with the spirit of Magellan, I discovered blogging.
I set my vision for world peace.
That can only be achieved through a mission by keeping social climbing alive!
I know! I know! Puro gyera ang nangyari. Eh puta naman noh?! Binabato ako nang binabato! Hmpt!
But after 1,609 entries; comments that racks up my daily entries that ranges from 0 to 766; from all the friends I’ve won all over the world; to all the newspaper articles; I believe, I have been very successful with my social climbing mission.
I may have all the ABC’s following my lastname, but those are not my accomplishments peeps. It’s getting past my Barrio Siete hardship and the journey to where I am now. I am proud of my Barrio Siete life, the Talahib Highways, the Barayle at all my kamote days. Little did I know, it was Barrio Siete who’d prepare me to one journey I am now enjoying. So no matter what crap is thrown at me from boys ang gurls of Philippine blogosphere, I will manage.
My Barrio Siete is past tense but it’s something I make lingon-lingon dahil ang hindi raw marunong lumingon sa pinanggalingan, nadadapa at nale-lechehan. And with the evolution of reyna elena dot com into sum’tin sum’tin, I think, I’m ready.
