Then notice how slanted this gurl sa lakas nang tulak nya ki Marvin. Tipong mas galet pa ata ang gurl kesa ki Boyet.

I have played this video over and over and here’s what Kutz said in her comments:
Did anybody else notice the supervisor’s (Ms. Gonzales?) lack of skills when it comes to dealing with the temper tantrum of some immature unknown designer who think too highly of himself? In that previous video that you had, Ateng, yun bang nagpa interview itong si Ms. Gonzales, giving self incriminating statements like “sabi ko, para matapos na, swipe mo na lang” or that Marvin told her na “Ma’am ayaw ko pong magpa sampal” and then if you would look closely at her left hand sa video between the times 1.40 – 1.43 yata, just before Marvin went to kneel in front of Fajardo, what did you notice? Parang she was actually pushing Marvin na luhod ka na lang davah? I don’t know, I could be wrong.
She should have stepped in and done something to stop the tantrum at the onset, at kung hindi kaya ng powers nya, tawag sha ng security guard. Hindi yung mag compel ka ng employee mo to do what Fajardo wants no matter how unreasonable, kesehodang against sa patakaran ng duty free – swipe and credit card ng walang photo ID or paluhuring mo empleyado mo para “wala na lang gulo” … Hindi sa sinisisi ko si Ms. Gonzales pero I would suggest that she just do what Marvin is doing – shut up! Kumbaga sa Miranda rights eh “anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law” davah?
It appeared to me that this Gonzales woman is not telling the truth! An sabi nya, “KUSANG LOOB NA LUMUHOD SI MARVIN.” Pag tiningnan mo sa video, I could see it na tinulak nya pa!
So, the question becomes, Bakit?! Bakit nya pinagkanulo si Marvin? Tipo bang pinalamon nya pa sa pating? At bakit sya ang painterview nang painterview? Naguguluhan ang lola nyo. Bigyan ako nang kalinawan sa kalechehang to.

Sa akin lang…
Okay, may tulak nga. Kitang kita at parang malakas pa. Pero may factor ito (at hindi ko dinedepensahan ang bisor na ito). Ang factor na iyon e yung nag-threat na si Fajardo to have them fired from their jobs and starting to call his so-called political connection. According to reports, tinatawagan ni Fajardo ang kanyang political connection para magreklamo at ipatanggal ang bisor at cashier. Di ba nga nagbanta nga ang gagang Fajardo to make call dun sa politiko? Andyan sa CCTV video yung postura nyang tumatawag siya. So malamang sa takot ng bisor to lose face and her job too – napilitan siyang ipaluhod ang kawawang cashier.
I agree with Kutz’s observation. It is imperative for supervisors and managers to have the ability to handle issues like this and ensure na hindi pa lumala na tulad nito.
Pero overall, this discovery does not make Fajardo excusable for what he had done to the poor cashier. Hindi pa rin siya lusot at maliwanag yun.

the caption in the video is wrong., it is not susana gonzales who was standing at marvin’s side who must have coaxed him to kneel for she was too threatened by boyet fajardo.
gonzales is the woman who appeared in .59 minute. She is chubbier, shorter hair and with round face.
the woman in the video is slim, thinner face and with long straight hair.
in my aol video, gonzales came later.

I like how technology helps clear things out in some instances. Buti na lang meron na ngayong mga bagay tulad ng CCTV cameras, nakikita natin kung ano ang nangyari talaga…

napansin ko din yan… and i was surprised nung sinabi nya na nagkusang loob si marvin na lumuhod. that’s not what i saw from the video. i really think duty free should re-assess their supervisors.. if boyet could not be appeased at wala namang mali yung tao nya… call security!

Plok! At pati yung mga tindahan na naga carry ng mga gawa ni Boyeta eh wag na rin i patronize hanggat hindi nila pull out yung trabaho ng matapobre at abusadong designer na ito.
