		<description>I somewhat disagree.. Been working in a call center for several years already.. Agents are allowed to give warnings sa mga abusive callers and they can actually release the call (Inbound or Outbound).. Agent provoked the member (kayo po?) instead of trying to do an extra mile and sinasagot nia si member instead of trying to pacify her. In other words, he wasn&#039;t silent at all. Hindi ako bilib sa ginawa ng rep.. In fact, he wasn&#039;t able to control the call. Yes, she&#039;s cursing and swearing pero sana bago tau sumagot ng pabalang, let&#039;s listen to the customer&#039;s concern first and focus on the resolution. As a rep, dapat sanay na ciang masigawan o mamura pero it is being regulated by warnings. I didn&#039;t hear any attempt from him and there was no sincere empathy at all. 

For the lady, I feel so sorry to what happened to her passport, her pending obligations, the money that she can&#039;t withdraw, her wrath towards Filipino people, etc.. However, these issues do not excuse her. She needs to talk to God... She badly needs it. :-(</description>
