Amsterdam
Beautyness. Hibik, singhot ang ginawa ko here nung nakita ko yong bahay ni pinag-taguan ni Anne Frank. Yong canals? Shock ako. Feeling ko, model river na ang Pasig River nung panahon ni Imelda, at least that gurl was trying to do something sa Pasig River noh? And don’t even talk to me sa river dun sa likod nang SM City sa Sta. Mesa. I think na over-accessorize nang mga residents sa mga lumulutang na mababahong ancient and new artifacts na lumulutang. So it’s impossible to be romantic pag ganung nagsasagwan kayo nang syota mo at me mga lata at onidoro sa ilog ano?! Leche!
The social climber me, di papa-halatang probinsyano. So, nag Madame Tussaud kami. Wala lang. Pan-shock sa officemates pagbalik sa Philly. I had no clue who Van Gogh was. Akala ko traysikel driver. Monet? Akala ko, Nelson was asking me to have breakfast nang monay.
It was in Amsterdam na lumabad ang pag-ka abno ko. I found out na ang coffee shop pala is not a coffee shop. Palibhasa probinsyano, hititan pala sya nang lecheng marijuana sya! It was also in Amsterdam that I learned na ang bath houses eh hindi naman pala talaga paliguan. Wala lang! Hahaha! Inumaga lang naman kami dun hehehe!
Lost in translation
Boung araw, isang minuto ko lang nasilayan ang hotel namen. Matapos naming ibalibag mga maleta, binitbit na ako nang mga kasama ko sa Thermo. Salamat. Makaka-pag-kape. Thermos Day. Akala ko kapehan. leche. Hadaan pala. Ang sarado alas singko nang hapon. Thermos Night naman sa kabilang kanto. Ang bukas alas sais nang gabi.
Ready na ako saking swimsuit, bwisit, wala naman palang swimming pool. Kwadradong kahon na me tubig, ang gagawin mo I lublub mo lang ang ulo mo and sit by the side and wait for some body to sing you allelujah. Eh anofa nga ba ginawa nang mga kasama ko! Eh di nawala at nag-accapella! Naiwan akong mag-isa.
The following morning, we roamed around Amsterdam. Nag-canal canal. Nag- Rijksmuseum which is the largest museum in the Netherlands. Prinsengracht 267, di ko sya makalimutan. Nag-bar, nag-disco and we did so much, todo-todo talaga sya.
And then back sa…
Philadelphia
When I got home, napansin ko, I was having some hard time to wee-wee. *Plok*! Chika lang. Una kong tinawagan ang mga kaibigan kong Quack Doctor Sheet, me Vietnam Rose ka?? Patingin ka, baka me tama ka na!? At kung ano ano pang karumal dumal na mga kalechehan! Leche talagang tanungin mo mga kebigan mo about these things! Grrr!
Nagkataon, annual physical check-up. Gwapo doctor ko hehehe. His name? Eric. Sya lang ang pwedeng kumapa saken. The rest? Di pede. As in ayokong-ayoko nang annual physical checkup na yan ha? Grrrr! Pero pag si Eric? I am on call. 24/7. Pinagalitan ko sya minsan. Dahil ayaw akong kapain.
Physical checkup
Take off your shirt. Says the doc.
Sinabay ko na pati pants.
Just your shirt. Smile sya.
You don’t like? Charing! Di ko na sinabi yun noh?!
I was having some wee-wee problems. Royal alibi ko.
I see. Well, lay down, pull your pants and let me have a look.
So, ayun nag-lookie lookie ang guapo habang kinakanta ko ang America The Beautiful. Hinawakan nya ang dalwang ukulele ko. Pinisil ang string beans patola.

Nope
Sa totoo lang noh! Hahaha! Wag mong tigilannn! Grrr! Haha! If I know, 99.99% nang mga lalaki ayaw na ayaw nang annual physical checkup because of this! Hahaha!
Nagtaka sya. Hinawakan nya uli ang dalwang ukulele ko. This time merong nasekwat yong kamay nya. Nagalet ang string beans patola. Namula pati paa ko. Hehehe!
There’s nothing wrong. You’ll be fine. Be back here in two weeks to follow up. Ok?

Gosh, you make me miss the Netherlands even more (kahit nandun lang ako nung nakaraang buwan). Pero bakit parang walang mention ng Rossebuurt? Yung kung saan may mga babaeng halos walang suot at sumasayaw sa likod ng salaming bintana? Hindi ba kayo nagpunta doon, sa Red Light District? Marami ring “coffee shops” doon. Nung nakatira ako sa NL, na-shock ako na pwedeng magpa-deliver ng “coffee” sa bahay, kahit sa student’s dorm. Akala ko Starbucks, hindi pala! Anyway, balik ka, ipapasyal kita, dami pang pwedeng puntahan. Mahilig ka ba sa bulaklak, totoong bulaklak, like tulips? Merong 60 ha. na tulip farm sa Lisse area, called Keukenhof, bukas pag spring lang. Super ganda!

hahaha! Never pa akong nagpa physical check up. Tinanong ko nga dati si hubby paano kapag nagche-check-up sa ganun, haha!
Yung naging OB ko, ayaw ni hubby noong una kasi nalaman nya na lalaki, sabi ko, okay lang kasi ‘girl’ din naman sya. Pero kung lalaking tunay yun, naku mahihiya ako, haha!

that’s right! hahaha! but they have a new thing na lulunukin mo, taz lalabas din lang hahaha and it travels everywhere kita sa TV, ginawa yun ni Katie Couric of CBS at talagang nasa national TV pa kamo hahaha
but that was good. after that, people started realizing how important it is to maintain a clean colon you know
ang problema ko nung una, i had no clue what my doctor was doing there! at nagalit kamo ako nung ni-rape ako hahaha

Its the idea of shop owner, Hayat Ahmed, 26, businesswoman, former Miss Ethiopia 2003 and brand ambassador for ‘Sensation’, the coffee condom manufacturer. Hayat is now also a proud AIDS activist and her message is simple. She says:
I am the brand ambassador for ‘Sensation’ condoms in Ethiopia, and I want to spread the message that condoms can protect you from HIV/AIDS. One person cannot change the world, but I want to make a contribution
oh di ba, that is the best, hindi lang pampakinis ng kutis mamigay ng condom para iwas sa HIV at medyo masulusyunan and population explosion dahil nauubos na ang mga natural resources sa dami ng tao sa mundo.
