Chicago Apartments

It was my first time in Chicago two (2) weeks ago and I was very impressed by the city. It looked like New York City but much laid back. The city streets are wider with none of the traffic in New York and the people are far more friendlier than some of them in the East Coast. I walked around the city and decided to visit the famous Millenium Park and it was beautiful. Will I move to Chicago if I find a job? In a New York minute. No question. Even looking for apartments in Chicago is a breeze. With Apartment Savvy Chicago, LLC, one could get a convenient rental assistance when moving to Chicago and I probably would try their services. They help you find apartment residences of your choice and this would truly be a stress free endeavor on my part should I decide to move in Chicago. There are a number of really nice Chicago Apartments. There’s the Chicago Loop Apartments, Gold Coast high-rise, Lincoln Park condo, Near North Rental, Lakeview apartment, Ravenswood walk-up, Roger’s Park courtyard building and the Chicago Lincoln Square Apartments. It’s this easy to move to Chicago.

Gov. Sarah Palin’s jabs at Barack Obama

I waited for tonight to watch and hear Gov. Sarah Palin and at least get to know her. Well, expectedly what I heard were jabs. So, I guess, I will have to do a lot of research and reading about this woman. Here were the jabs she said tonight:

  1. “I guess a small-town mayor is sort of like a `community organizer,’ except that you have actual responsibilities,” she said, a reference to Obama’s stint as a community organizer.

  2. “I might add that in small towns we don’t quite know what to make of a candidate who lavishes praise on working people when they are listening and then talks about how bitterly they cling to their religion and guns when those people aren’t,” she said. A reference to Obama’s springtime observation about some frustrated working-class Americans.

Many many thanks to all of you who supported our campaign for more votes. Mayon Volcano jumped from 8th place to 4th place and I hope you could all blog about this and request your readers to vote for Mayon Volcano, Palawan Subterranean River, Chocolate Hills and the Tubbataha Reef. Let’s all make an effort to put them on the top 7 of the New 7 Wonders of Nature. I personally would like to see Mayon Volcano not just on the Top 7 but on the 1st slot. This is one BLOG AWARD that will be a treasure, really. My Bicol Region still lags behind the rest of the regions as far as economy is concerned and I thought by pushing tourism, hopefully some tourist dollars would help the economy of my Uragon Land and eventually make the lives of my fellow Uragons better. Dakulaon po tabi so pasasalamat ko sa mga nag-boroto asin so nag-balangibog kan anuncio na inio. So dai pa tabi nagpiritik kani o, yaon tabi so logo! Tadus tadusa sana! Dios mabalos saindong gabos!

I’m proud to say that the City of Philadelphia is truly one outstanding cities in the United States that takes good care of its handicap population. The subway trains and platforms, the sidewalk and every transportation buses here are fully equipped to handle the needs of handicap people. You will notice that even in the city, most businesses especially bars and restaurants have designed their entrances to cater to this select group of customers. It’s endearing. Handicap Vans even picked up their sales and Honda seems to be in the forefront of some innovative designs converting their vans to be accessible to the handicap. They have this fully automatic infloor ramp and with a touch of a button, the door opens and the van lowers to the ground.
