While we’re at this scare tactics to force you people to save and stash away millions of 1 centavos into your Swiss Accounts in Rosario, Pasig, it’s also very important to think about insurance. O? Shockies ka ba? Me insurance ka ba?
Car Insurance
Here in Philadelphia, daghan kaayo kani-ang mga unggok na drivers who don’t have any car insurance at all. Let me tell you, pag nadale ka nang tantadong mga to, you better be prepared that your insurance will cover the damage, else, mag-emote ka na lang. I’m even annoyed at my car insurance because they’re supposed to refund my $500 deductible from previous car accident, but up to now, halller!!! Calling Earth!! I was told by my car insurance company, Province Farm that it will take a year to get the money. A what?! And it looks like they are going to increase my monthly insurance premiums! Waaaaa!!! And here’s the thing! If you drive a luxury car? You also pay a luxurious car insurance premiums. Aw ewan! Kelan kaya mag-ka-ka-traysikel sa Philadelphia?!
Curiously though, it’s kind of different in the Philippines when I would pay my car insurance. Who do I pay it to? Toyota. I don’t even know who my insurance carrier was in Manila! Hahaha! Basta may I pay lang ang lola. Sukat kasi this guy from BPI was cuteness ever!!! He showed some colored papers bigla kong hinablot at pinirmahan yong sign here. I really thought I was signing our marriage contract. Kairita! Php35,000 ata yung binayaran kong marriage contract. Hate ko sya.
Pet Insurance
To this day, I have not purchased my Toby his pet insurance. I was told that it would cost me $20 a month. I love my dog but ewan ko ba! Hehehe! Oh yes! Matil-duh even have an insurance for her dog which is more expensive than his son’s health insurance. Wag nyo syang gayahin. Mas cheaper atang pag ginawang asocena.
Health Insurance
Talking about health insurance. I know somebody na pagkatanga-tanga ever! Tong gagong to stayed in Manila for about 11 months in 2005 and decided to let his health insurance expire. Ayun, 3 days after arriving in the United States, nasa emergency room sya nang Jefferson University Hospital at tinu-tuli. Cost nang pag-tuli? Umabot nang $55k. Wish nya ngang magpa breast implant sa laki nang binayaran nya. Eto, nag-ta-tyagang kumita ki Ka Pepe para mabayaran ang mga kautangan.

CLassic!!! That’s the thing with most Filipinos eh…we don’t take time para gawing rainbow bright ang ating future! kulang sa knowledge, sa pangaral……di man lang tayo nag aanticipate na bad things can happen anytime and if we’re not carefully prepared, we only have ourselves to blame.
no matter what kabisyo, you should not stop doing good things…everything you’ve done will come back to you in due time.
AHAHAHHAAH…shucks, ako ba to bat parang di ako to.
pet insurance? Por pabor!!! this I don’t have to worry kase naman para sa mga high end and high maintenance cats and dogs lang yan diba….eh askal lang naman ang meron kami tsaka 2 baboy para sa fiesta, 2 manok at 40 na kalapati.

pwede rin mag apply sa yo ng insurance, ahahaha. alam mo, seryus lang, naglalaro kasi sa isip namin ni kengkoy na manirahan sa pinas — kaso mo mukhang sa insurance magkakatalo talaga e. sino ba ang pwedeng matinong makausap about insurance sa pinas? yung walang colored papers na marriage contract pala, hahaha. kasi itong si kengkoy e insurance agent kaya ang damong tanong nito… makuletttt

hala, magsiboto na kayo sa blog of the week at logo ko na pala ang nakatayang mapanalunan. hahaha!
meron din akong insurance sa manila, sunlife. may pinili ko yun kase bago lang at wala pang masyadong downline. yung mga insurance kase satin habang tumatagal, lalong nagiging delikadong ma-bankrupt. e di ba kase ang mga insurance naman e pyramid scheme ang sistema? kahit naman ata sa states ganun.

ikaw naman kasi mahal na reyna, tindi yata ng pagkakatitig mo sa mata nung insurance guy habang pumipirma ka kaya hindi mo na nakita yung pinirmahan mo…hehe
sa Pinas, ang tip ko lang eh siguruhing legit yung insurance dahil madami-dami ding scams na lumulutang sa tabi-tabi. Nabiktima na kami, hindi ng insurance, kundi ng College fund ek-ek…kandahirap si madir na maghulog buwan-buwan tapos eh biglang nagsara (nalugi) daw yung kompanya. babu ang anda.
