ADDRESS TO THE NATION
Kunichiwaa mga kabisyo! Dahil nga I’m one very pretty Kontador Publiko and given my experience with WKAF (Well Known Accounting Firm) in Makati as an auditress, it has always been my attitude to trust but verify. So, my role in this contest is to make sure that this contest is fair and square, transparent and clean, not only to the participants and judges but also to Vacklingham Palace to maintain any sort of integrity and credibility in holding future beautiful contests. Besides the fact that I refuse to be identified as just another Blog Award chenalyn that hands over chienes to their chuva friends only, so I am careful otherwise, there won’t be any reason for me to run as the first woman president of the Philippines in 2010.
Yet, with only 4 participants, I was just simply flabbergasted mga kabisyo with the overwhelming support we all received from all corners of the blogosphere! In the history of Vacklingham Palace, this was truly the most ever ever super-uber social climbing that we have done! Conservatively, I’d say that we’ve been pretty successful. So, thank you especially to Beng whom I stole the winning logo and the many, many flying voters who joined all the fun ever ever together one another forever!
SHARING BLOG EARNINGS
I started this contest with my regular readers, commenters and lovers in mind who frequent my site. And that would be YOU all. You all were the ones who made Reyna Elena what he/she/it today kaya naman thankful ever ako to all of you. So, dahil mabait ang lola, I thought I’d dole out some anda given that medyo malaki ang na-kikbak ko last month with PPP, ZTE at CBCP. Besides, I was following CBCP Pastoral chuvalais na an sabi: if you share 10% of your chenalyn, chienes ka ever forever and the gates of the flood will open daw – something to that effect. Getz nyo di ba? If not, tanungin si Fr. Bluep.
NOT A BEAUTIFICATION CAMPAIGN
I’m sure getz nyo na ang reason behind this contest. This is not really a beautification campaign, rather, how to generate traffic along EDSA. Ganun. Otherwise, I would have just hired Michaelangelo to do the job, kase these logos needs some really serious beautification campaign! Hahaha!
CLEAN ELECTIONS
Essentially mga kabisyo, my odit findings changed the placements of the placemats and I’m very disappointed with what I found given that all four of these guys are my blogfriends. Maybe after this, indi na! Hehehe! However, in the spirit of Make Philippines Clean, I will not allow any type of kuwabungga to mishmash my panutsa because I prefer them clean. Everything is transparent, recorded at pwedeng review-hin. But this I will say to all of you:
ODIT REPORT TO THE NATION
I reviewed these votes, all 86 of them, one by one, in accordance with some generally accepted common sense principles of walang dayaan chuvalais. These principles require that I perform the odit to obtain a reasonable assurance that these blogs submitted and votes given are free of any nakaka-duda-leyshus misstatements para isahan ang sambayanang sumali sa pang-international na sakla. My odit included visiting these sites, examining the entries made para okray-okrayin, checking the links back to Reyna, compliance requirement chuvalais with some bended rules, double checking the IP addresses that registered on the comments section, assessing the overall blog daw kuno sya presentation and all the kurtinang nakasabit sa blogs. My odit truly ignored how chaka ever ever these logos are! Hahaha!!! I believe that my odit provide a reasonable basis for my very very intelligent ever ever opinion na kina-iingitan nang mga Senatress pati na ung dwende sa Pasig River.
ODIT REVIEW & FINDINGS
1.) My analysis excluded Malen 2 since kamfufot naman sya and won’t affect the overall chenalyn. There were a total of “86″ judges. Given that the winner is decided by that magic winning “5″ votes, here’s how they look:
a.) Malen 1 ? Malen’s vote showed a 95% because Roni backed out as explained below. Since Roni’s vote is clean, Malen actually received a 100% clean vote. You can judge her from her solid voters.
b.) Ambo ? Ambo has 3 votes that failed to link to Reyna. These votes were invalidated giving Ambo 84% clean votes.
c.) Kuba ? Kuba has 2 votes – 1 failed to link Reyna and the other did not complete his votes. These votes were invalidated giving Kuba 80% clean votes.
d.) Itots ? In its face, Itots got the biggest votes. However, 16 votes either failed to link Reyna or are questionable blogs that I will discuss below. I am invalidating all of their votes, giving Itots 54% clean votes.
Obviously, when you have a situation like this where one is 100% and the other is 54%, you cannot rank them because they are not equal. I prefer to give each one a fair chance of 100%.
2.) Roni backed out from the contest, therefore his votes will not be counted. Here’s his email to me:
On 2/29/08, wrote: I failed to inform you ahead of time, but yes, please do. I was the first one to vote…and the first one to hehehe. mahirap maging supporter ng isa then referee ng lahat, baka masampal lang ako. congrats sa pakontes mo…magandang reality check. Suportahan na lang kita sa susunod na presidential election. I don’t mind if you post this in your blog. Cheers!
3.) It’s a mortal sin not to link Reyna because it defeats the very purpose of this contest. I was very specific about linking the entries to Reyna, so that a.) I could see them on my wordpress dashboard and b.) I could check their IP addresses. The following votes failed to link Reyna at all. Unfortunately, no one picked up my comment where I was asking how come these blogs are not appearing on my dashboard. No wonder, there are no backlinks to Reyna. All of these votes are therefore invalidated. Now, these were as of 2/28/09 1:45am in Philadelphia. I have captures of the blogsites so putting the links now won’t work. Here they are:

6.) I bended some rules in accepting votes from blogs on friendster, myspace and multiply under the condition that they must be real blogs. Unfortunately, I have to disqualify these so called blogs that seemed to have appeared out of nowhere. Not only do they only have one, single entry, some of them failed to link Reyna. THIS is an example of a friendster blog. While these ones are not:

Thank you for your question. I visited your blog and checked it against my rules. Simple. You failed to follow the rules of linking my site. Not linking my site defeats the very purpose of my contest. Please refer to the original entry as well as this current entry above about why i have to disqualify some votes.
After you voted, your blog did not register on my dashboard. If you check my rules, I wanted you to link my site and if you look back at your one line entry – i didn’t see any link at all. I have a capture of your site on 2/28 just to make sure that if someone puts the link back, i can make comparisons and I would know.
Unfortunately, even just now (i was just at your site again) there are no links – no wonder you are not showing up on my dashboard.
2nd, if indeed you were the ones who voted, how come you did not go back to my entry and told me that you voted and it was Itots who posted your vote? If you notice on the comments, a lot of them told me to check their votes and entry. The rest, I pick them up on my dashboard because of the links which brings me to my next question.
3rd, why show up just now?
4th, why the 1 line entry?
5th, why the pattern with the rest of the votes for Itots? As you know, I also looked at the overall pattern. I wanted everything to be fair.
In my opinion, your not following the rules is number 1 and that your blog entry including that of the one just right below you were questionable that made me decide to disqualify them, therefore I can’t accept those votes.
This decision I believe is fair to the rest who voted and the contestants and it’s final. (as far as your blog vote is concerned).
