Entrecard. But what kind of traffic is it? No substance!

Entrecard came in a flash and became an instant hit! Everybody’s blogging about it. But as I look at my graph, I don’t see any traces of Entrecard in here. I have more visitors and readers with my Baguio Scandal than Entrecard. Interestingly, I put up my Entrecard right around the time that I joined WPP. Between the two, I didn’t win any readership on Entrecard. They are just there to advertise on my site.With WPP? Most of my new visitors and are becoming regulars are actually coming from WPP and not Entrecard! Whoa! Discovery Channel!!!
Some of my readers would email me and complain that it’s tough to advertise on my site because it’s full. And I begin to ask. Ok - who are you serving Entrecard? I posted you there to serve MY loyal fans!!!!
For one thing, I owe my gratitude to my readers. They should be the ones on that box and not these unknown people who have just been clicking the stupid box for nothing. I honestly did not gain any readership on Entrecard, they are just clickers. Click! Click! Click! Shallow clickers!
In other words, they know I got true traffic. Genuine traffic. Tunay na traffic. Bilog at lapad na Traffic. That’s YOU my dear reader. But tell me, why would I let unknown people be on that box? I don’t see any justification other than me giving them traffic. What about my readers who are needing traffic as well? I personally think that there’s something wrong somewhere. Or maybe I chose to be ignorant about Entrecard?
Agree or dis-agree with me, but I am serving and will serve my loyal readers, commenters and all those who social climb with me!!!! Beginning today, ONLY my regular visitors, readers, commenters, haters, hecklers, fans and scribblers will be approved on Reyna’s Entrecard. Which means, if you have never ever commented on Reyna’s site, that means, this site is not for you. And there’s nothing wrong with that. It’s just that it’s not fair to my loyal readers. Got me? I’m honestly not having a fight. After all, my loyal readers are my true Entrecards and they are the the traffic I am getting and not these clickers and advertisers from the unknown who refuse to even browse as to whether or not my site is appropriate to what they are advertising. Getz? I wanted to return the favor to my loyal readers and this time, I want Entrecard to work for me. Not the other way around.

Kaya yong totodasin kong advertisement, wag magalit ok? Fairness highways lang mga kabisyoooo!!! Otherwise, baka layasan ako nang mga readers kong gustong mag-advertise na indi makapag advertise.

Ibang hataw talaga pag ikaw ang bumanat. Tama lang naman di ba. Nung niregister ko yung blog ni misis sa entrecard, kakalagay ko lang ng card e sandamakmak na kagad ang nakapila.
Same thing with my tagalog blog, aba’t malay ba nila kung anong meron dun para mag-drop sila ng card. Hahaha.
And same thing with Blogcatalog and Mybloglog. Aba’t i-friend ba naman ako ng mga English people. Hahaha, at nag-join sila sa tagalog community ko. Makapag-social climb talaga naman.

Ginawa ko rin yan, I clicked and I clicked and I clicked and then, parang = ano tong ginagawa ko? Well, as you click and drop your card, you earn credits. For what? Para makapag advertise? Well and good, pero the clicking part appears as traffic, definitely dahil napuntahan mo di ba? BUt how long? Split second? Ni indi mo man lang nabasa kahit headline nung current entry?
Disappointed ako. I think I’m looking for more substance. I’ll let it stay there for awhile hanggat makapag advertise ang mga readers here, then chuchugihin ko na sa site ko yan. Yong bloglog na lang ang magstay.

napakalikot kase ng kamay mo malen kaya kung anu-anong codes ang nasisira mo, hahaha. ayos naman ang labas ng feeds mo sa Firefox Live feeds ibig sabihin buhay pa ang blog mo per se. Baka nasira mo lang ang codes ng mga pages.

posibleng pwede.. di ba may mga ibang IP kang bina-clock dahil mga nagnanakaw ng posts. baka similar yung IP nila kaya ganun.. ewan ko lang, di ako sure.

hahaha yung isang spammer minura ko sa blog nya. sabi ba naman sa akin hindi daw nya ineexpect na akong uber religious ay magmumura sa kanya.
sabiko ano kala mosa akinrobot? nagmumura ako sa taong nagnanakaw ng contents ko at kumikita sa google ads at the expense of my contents. ayun blinock ako sa blog nya, return favor, blinock ko rin sya. in short. Nagblockan kami ng hinayupak LOL.

they do that to me, they steal my articles and then PPP would disaprove my post because PPP thought that I was the one who stole the article! grrrrr! and then they have all these google adsense! can u imagine them making money out of what i wrote?!!! i still could not block them here, i blocked them and they could still get in!!

Seriously. What’s your problem? Entrecard’s great. You just need to put the work in to promote yourself. Do YOU patronize any blogs yourself? Do you try to advertise? Do you try to gain credits? I don’t think so.

My problem? Clickers are fake traffic. They click and click and click and the idea is to get credits to be able to advertise. What’s with the click other than earning credits? Nothing. Those clickers don’t read the blogs. They’re not real traffic. That’s my problem.
Do I patronize blogs? You bet. If you have been reading my blogs, you would be able to know. You don’t need an elementary degree to find that out.
In so far as the other charges you made are concerned: Do you try to advertise? Do you try to gain credits? I don’t think so.
I did advertised with a number of people and they showed my ads. It’s recorded I believe. Did I try to gain credits? You bet. I was also clicking, until I realized, it was such a dumb idea. I was essentially wasting my time clicking when I could have visited my friends and left some comments.
In essense to me, you gain traffic because of your content. True, Entrecard exposes your blog to the rest of the world who otherwise would have not known that your blog exists. But I think the purpose was defeated by a greater need amongst bloggers to gain QUICK traffic.
It doesnt work that way. Gaining traffic is not overnight, unless you expose all of your genitals to the world. But even that, people will get tired.
Entrecard is giving us all a false impression that it will give us instant traffic. Well, if milliseconds count, maybe? But is there substance there? I bet you, there’s nothing. It just give you a lot of millisecond visitors who does nothing but click to gain credits.
Gaining traffic is like gaining respect. You have to earn it. You have to work for it. Not some quick fixes. If you have good content that connects to your readers, you will magnetize your readers and they are the ones who will do the guerilla marketing and viral marketing for you. NOT Entrecard.
Understand that this is my honest opinion and I am not wanting to have a fight with Entrecard. I thought it was a great idea, except that, as I have said, it creates a false impression of quick traffic.

hahaha korek.
yung credits to advertize ko 13 credits lang. so meaning parang dolyar yan. next week piso na lang yan. di ako nagcliclick sa mga blogs dahil nakakapagod. waste of time. mabuti kung may libre yang cadbury o kaya oakley shades kakasa ako LOL.
mas marami pa akong dapat asikasuhin sa mga problema ko ngayon kesa sa pagkiklick ng kung ano anong entrecard sa blog.
di na nga ako makabloghop, ki-click pa ako! yung traffic wala naman eh. tumaas nga pagerank ko pero bumaba naman ang average minute of stay ng visitors ko. meaning madaming napunta na di nagbabasa. wala din.

hahaha! exactly my point! i mean, maybe Entrecard should tweak their strategy. Bloggers wants INSTANT and IMMEDIATE traffic. They see that ENTRECARD is going to deliver that by constantly clicking. Hellloooo!!! You have to earn your traffic. You have to work for it and not by constantly clicking.
I get my traffic from my readers and WPP who read my blogs and who would pass on my craziness to other people.
