Que barbaridad mejores y mejoras las palabras de bandilla anuncio en la peryodiko ahora! Por dios por santo! Aqui! (Ambassador to Spain seeking Spanish Citizenship!)  Conosimos que el Ambassadore de la Espana? Es el hombre de gago es un persona nun grata! Este senor es enseguida escriba de la Espana na il gusto nya pala grante grante Citizensya de la Espana.

El juditos de mangagamit del taxes of los Filipinos para ganar el Espanol Citizenship!!! El hombre es binastos del nosotros Filipinos! No tienes lata delikadeza y grabe el tapang de apog por gamiter el posisyon del gobierno Filipino por razones personal! Punyeta! El kapal de mukha!!!

Bernardo wrote a Spanish official, Constantino Mendez, seeking help for “the processing of [his] documents regarding [his] application for Spanish citizenship after I shall have been relieved from my post as Philippine Ambassador to Spain. He said that since the Philippines now allows dual citizenship, he wants to become a Spanish citizen. He said that he is of Spanish descent, as his mother was a daughter of a Spaniard from Montoro, Cordoba. He explained that while he has all the legal documents to establish his Spanish lineage, he does not have a resident visa and his stay in Spain as Philippine ambassador of two years and eight months at that time does not count in the requirements of the Spanish government for acquired citizenship.

“In like manner, I had been informed that my documents will expire in six months after submission,” he said in the letter written in Spanish. Would it be possible to apply for a resident permit with my Philippine passport as an ordinary citizen and not as an officer, or would it be possible to apply directly for a Spanish passport being of Spanish origin?” he asked.
