It works.
I took these pictures when I was in Cebu - on an overhead walkway that spans Mango Avenue and corner of Fuente Osmena going to the Robinson’s Mall in Cebu City. The guard was just looking at what I was doing. Of course, I see a lot of beggars all over Manila. But I always feel different when I see kids.
And that’s the mother? I don’t know. That could be the lola? Could be. Whatever. I put a Php100 in that cup. It might not be enough for their monthly living allowance considering that Cebu’s a first class city. But such is life in a big city. Someone will always be left behind.
Who’s going to take care of them?
Why are we scared of these people?
I wonder if the Church have programs to help these people… besides, they wanted them to multiply.

Grabe ang govt kasi. If they will just do something at hindi lang magpalaki ng mga balls nila sa pwesto, siguradong matitigil na ang mga sindikato at abusive parents na ganito. Maaaring kailangan nga nila ng pera pero may paraan naman at hindi ang panlilimos at gagamitin pa ang mga anak nila! Kung magbabanat lang sila ng buto, may makakakain sila sigurado.
