Another hug to Byron Garcia, sya yong brains nong Dancing Inmates that I posted earlier. Garcia said the dance was part of the prisoners’ daily exercise under the jail’s rehabilitation program. The daily exercise starts as early as 6:30 a.m. and lasts until 8 a.m. It is repeated in the afternoon, from 4 to 5. You can see the video here. I thought it was pretty clever and it completely reinvented the whole idea of prison exercise and he was very successful dahil everyone eh sumasalin na.
