Driver of DFV-1002 license should be suspended forever!

This happened this morning, Friday May 04, 2007, around 8:00-8:15 EST in Philadelphia along I-95 where it splits to the Vine Expressway.
SEE THAT CAR?! THAT’S BEING DRIVEN BY WOULD BE KILLER! DFV-1002 Pennsylvania License Plate! DRIVEN BY A LUNATIC WHITE (CAUCASIAN) WOMAN IN HER 40’s! I WAS TAKING A PICTURE OF THIS HELL DRIVER AND SHE DROVE AWAY!
WHAT’S GOING ON?

You see 95 above? I was headed South of 95 (upper corner) Â going to Center City this morning - on my way to work.
Now, look at this picture below. You see where 95 (also called the Delaware Expressway) splits to the right of your screen? That’s Vine Expressway.
So, I was driving along 95, on a heavy traffic tuesday, but by the time I got passed the Girard Exit, the traffic was now well past the 45 mph and I could see the cars picking up their speed. I was on the 2nd lane to my right, since I was headed to the Vine Expressway going to Philadelphia… You see the map where it’s labeled “EXPY”? That’s where it divides.
This insane and lunatic driver of the blue Neon car with Pennsylvania License Plate Plate Number DFV-1002 was driving on my far left and is headed straight - when out of the blue, swerve to my right like insane! I knew she was going to hit me right on the driver side which would be ME! or on the passenger side behind me and if that happens, I am gonna hit the railing and another car will hit me! I have no idea but this is what was going on in my mind when I saw her swerve!
What saved me?!
I accelarated like crazy and was able to avoid another car on my left and I could feel the 210-horsepower of my car getting me out of what would have been a major accident on 95!!!
THANKS GOD! That was the first hush that came out of my mouth and then I started yelling at the other driver and waited for her! I slowed down, the other drivers were looking at me like “You ok?” but I was angry like hell with this Neon driver!
GOD!
That was VERY, VERYYYYY CLOSE!
I followed the car! I took pictures but my camera could only take a few shots! She was trying to avoid my camera because she noticed that I was following her. She would not look at me! I continued to yell at her!
She took the Broad Exit, headed to Hanneman Univerity, I followed her there!
She continued that street headed to City Hall, I followed her there and my camera gave up!
She took a sudden right turn towards Glaxo-SmithKline Headquarters and I know that road gets you back either to Vine or Callowhill, then I lost her!
I always carry a digital camera inside my car, whether I am driving in Manila or in the US. That’s how I catch drivers who are not supposed to be on the road. With this very close accident this time? I believe that a video camera is a lot better, since I don’t even have to blog what happened. That’s what I’m going to install in my car!
But!
I will not stop, until I find my would be killer!
I want an explanation from her!

nope, i was just entering Vine Expressway, eh yong SchuyKILL is sa dulo pa eh! Di na ako aabot dun sa SchuyKILL kasi I take the Art Museum Exit then to 21st.
alam nyo ba, i have to take a picture of that exit because everyday of ma life, when I take that exit then right turn on 21st, ang bumubulaga saakin eh ang bandila nang aking mahal na Pilipinas!!! yeap, sa Parkway!

baka naman sa susunod eh hindi lang cellphone ang bawal sa pag drive baka mamaya pati camera eh bawal na din! lol
