Filipino culture in Cebu

I love Cebu City. As far as I am concerned, it is the best city in the world that I have visited. Well…. except for Budapest, Prague, London, Paris, Montreal, Bogota, Amsterdam, Brussels, Baguio, Dagupan, Naga, Bacolod, Ili-ilo, Puerto Princesa, Roxas, Makati and Pasig. (Andami ano?
