Kelangan meron kang Plan A, Plan B at Plan C. Gusto ko yong sinabi mong “Pag-aaralan” which is good!!! We don’t know what the future holds, BUT we can manage when it comes. So, gawa ka nang business plan. Go ka nang province, sabi mo nga - baka walang competition doon. There are things that you need to check out pag nagbusiness ka sa Province:

Barriers to entry - let’s say na nag-iisa ka don sa province, think kung pano mo magagawang mahirapan pumasok ang competition mo. Pwede kang mag sign nang agreement siguro sa Globe or (forgot the other one) na ikaw lang ang provider. O, di chienes ka na!
Rivalry - kung meron kang mga kalaban, mahigpitan ba ang labanan? Price ba ang competition? Check mo kung gagasto ka sa competition. Pag malaki gagastuhin mo, check mo kung kaya nang margin mo.
Power nang customers mo - bakit bibili nang phone card ang mga customers mo sa yo? Anong meron ka bakit sila pupunta sayo? You know what I mean?
Power nang phone card supplier mo - anong power nila sayo? Tagain ka kaya sa presyo, pano mo ngayon sell yong card mo? Pabago bago ba presyo?
Substitute = anong substitute nang phone card sim card? Meron ba? Kung meron, baka wala nang bumili nang card mo? Kung wala, chienes ka! CelebrateYan lang anak ang basic na basic mong gagawin sa business plan mo.

Sige, humayo ka na anak, decide intelligently, at mag multiply sana ang pera mo.

Life is like a game. You constantly have to make intelligent decisions. If you do, you win. You don’t, you lose. What is the prize? Good life.

Finally, kahit na naper-fect mo yong Five Forces na sinabi ko, it will still depend on these Three very important points:

1. Location
2. Location
3. Location.
